Stir-fried pork with green pepper
Overview
You can plant a few green pepper plants in a slightly vacant space on the balcony. The bright green color is very beautiful! The unique taste of green peppers and the capsaicin contained in them can stimulate the secretion of saliva and gastric juice, increase appetite, help digestion, promote intestinal peristalsis, and prevent constipation. Green peppers are rich in vitamin C, which can prevent and treat scurvy, and have an auxiliary therapeutic effect on bleeding gums, anemia, and fragile blood vessels. This dish is my dad’s other favorite besides fried screws in sauce.

Ingredients
Steps
-
The meat used here is lean meat. Compared with tenderloin, pure lean meat is easier to buy (it is not convenient to go to a large supermarket far away with a baby)
-
Ginger and garlic are naturally essential
-
Fascia removal from lean meat
-
Slice and marinate
-
The marinating steps are: salt, light soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, marinate evenly and then stir in a little cooking oil. (The meat becomes more tender when stir-fried)
-
Add garlic and ginger slices to cold oil and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Pour in the meat slices that have been marinated for about 5 minutes and stir-fry quickly
-
Once the meat turns white, you can serve it out in about a minute
-
Add a little oil and stir-fry the green pepper, add a little salt and light soy sauce
-
When the green pepper is almost ready, add the meat slices and stir-fry for a while
-
Personally, I don’t like to add chicken essence and MSG when cooking because the light soy sauce has enough umami flavor. A simple yet delicious home-cooked dish is completed. This dish must be on the disk every time!
