Arrange ginger slices on the bottom of the plate.

Wash the fish and apply appropriate amount of salt and cornstarch evenly on both sides. Place on a plate and marinate for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the green onions.

Boil the water in the steamer and add the fish. Steam for 15 minutes.

Remove from the pot and remove the steamed scallions, then pour the steamed fish with soy sauce and garnish with some chopped green onions.
