Black sesame toast
Overview
Black sesame has many therapeutic effects. Pregnant women eating more black sesame can make their baby's hair black and shiny, and can also improve constipation during pregnancy. Grind black sesame seeds into powder to make toast, which increases the aroma of the toast and upgrades its nutrition. Serving size: one 450g toast box.

Steps
-
Put the medium dough ingredients into the bread machine and knead into a smooth dough.
-
Place in a deep plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 17 hours.
-
Before making toast, put 26 grams of black sesame seeds and 50 grams of high-gluten flour into a food processor and grind them into powder.
-
Put the main dough ingredients except butter into the bread machine in order of liquid first and then solid, then add the shredded medium-sized dough and knead for 20 minutes.
-
After the first kneading is completed, add butter cubes and start kneading again for 20 minutes.
-
Knead until the dough can pull out a thin film.
-
Put the dough into the bread machine, select the yogurt fermentation program, and ferment until doubled in size.
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it, divide it into 3 equal portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll out the dough, roll it up and place it into a 450g toast box.
-
Spray a little water on the surface of the dough, then cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until it's nine minutes full. (I fermented it using the fermentation program of the oven at a temperature of 35 degrees)
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and lower the heat to 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the bottom layer in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Later, it can be covered with tin foil to prevent black top.
-
After taking it out of the oven, turn it upside down and unmold it. After cooling, slice it and then pack it or enjoy it.
