Scrambled eggs with oyster mushrooms
Overview

Tear the oyster mushrooms into small florets and blanch them in hot water for one minute.

Add eggs to dried shrimps and stir evenly. Millet pepper, chopped green onion. Take the oyster mushrooms out of the hot water without draining them. Shred the ham.

Heat the pan, add peanut oil, and pour in the eggs.

Fry the eggs into shape and add the oyster mushrooms.

Stir-fry the oyster mushrooms, add shredded ham and millet pepper.

Stir-fry the above for half a minute, pour in light soy sauce, and add an appropriate amount of salt.
