Steps

  1. Put the rice in a food processor and grind into powder.

  2. Add milk and mix well.

  3. Add yeast powder.

  4. Add plain all-purpose flour.

  5. Use chopsticks to stir it into a flocculent shape.

  6. Start kneading into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and ferment.

  7. Send to twice the size, as shown in the picture.

  8. Peel the red dates, cut in half and set aside.

  9. After kneading the dough, roll it into thin sheets and cut into small pieces.

  10. Place half a red date on each piece.

  11. Pour cold water into the pot, let it sit for ten minutes, then steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

  12. Sweet and fluffy.
