I thought of eating chili oil last night, so I got up early this morning to buy the ingredients and start making it

Buy a pound of dried red pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, daikon, and 20 grams of cinnamon

Put the dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns into the pot and slowly fry until browned

Put the fried chili on a piece of gauze,

Wrap it in gauze and crush it with a rolling pin

Heat oil in a pot until it emits black smoke, add daikon, cinnamon and bay leaves

Put the chopped chili peppers in a basin. It doesn’t need to be too crushed. It’s almost enough. Add some salt, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and drop a few drops of sesame oil
