Let’s take a picture of the ingredients first, but let me tell you foodies in advance that gingerbread itself has a very hard texture and is easy to store for a long time. It is a food used in foreign countries to celebrate festivals. It is not as crispy as cookies and biscuits.
-
First melt the butter, melt it in hot water or microwave it.
-
Then add brown sugar powder, powdered sugar, water, and eggs (note here, if you want to make it crispy, replace the water with 2 egg whites, and the egg yolk remains 25 grams) into the butter, mix and stir.
-
After stirring evenly, sift in the low flour, then add ginger powder and cinnamon powder (you can add more ginger powder, less will taste boring. Remember not to add so much cinnamon powder, it tastes bad), first knead it into lumps, then add honey and knead it until it is smooth. Don't knead it for too long.
-
Knead it into a ball and put it in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes, then use a rolling pin to roll it into a 3mm thin sheet.
-
Then use various molds to carve out cookie models
-
Put it in the middle rack of the oven and heat it up and down for 12 minutes. It is best to watch it mature.
-
Next comes the icing. Prepare the egg whites, powdered sugar and lemon juice first, and just whip them with your hands.
-
It should be whipped until it is about to drip. It should not be sticky, otherwise it will not be squeezed out. When it feels thick, add lemon juice and beat again.
-
Then buy some natural pigments. Although the color is lighter, it is safer.
-
Then it's time to play freely.
