Toast Volcano Ice Cream
Overview
I recently went to a restaurant and saw a toasted volcano ice cream dessert, but the cream on it didn't melt at such a high temperature. If you are a baker yourself, you must know what the cream is! I happened to have a piece of toast left at home over the weekend and the leftover leftovers from yesterday’s breakfast sandwich, so let’s make a volcano!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Homemade toast and leftovers, my toast is very thick, if you buy sliced toast from outside, you need 2-3 slices
-
Cut the toast into small square cubes and cut the corners into small pieces
-
Arrange the cut pieces of toast and their edges on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
-
Preparation materials: raspberry jam, frozen raspberry dry powder, fruit cut into small pieces
-
Take a bowl, add light cream and sugar and beat
-
Just whip the light cream until it has a slight texture, because it will not flow if it is too hard
-
Pile the toasted toast pieces into a volcano shape, use the whole piece on the outside, and put small pieces in the middle
-
Dig out an ice cream in advance and put it on top
-
Pour the whipped cream on the toast
-
Squeeze some raspberry jam on top of the cream
-
Add chopped fruits
-
Finally, sprinkle with frozen raspberry powder, and the toasted volcano ice cream is completed
