Garlic Spare Ribs
Overview
Spare ribs are a very commonly used ingredient. Spare ribs themselves contain meat, so they also have protein, fat, vitamins and calcium phosphate. They are not all meat. They have more collagen and calcium than pure pork, so pork ribs are very popular with family members. Spare ribs can be steamed with soy sauce, braised with braised pork, or braised with pork ribs. This time, I used an oven to make garlic pork ribs. I used the commonly used salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce, not some garlic seasoning. During the roasting, every piece of ribs was covered with fragrant garlic, so this [Garlic Spare Ribs] is made with real garlic.
