What I am making here is curry rice for two people, so I make less rice. The rice used to make curry rice should be slightly hard!

Cut potatoes and carrots into cubes!

Cut the mutton into smaller pieces, spread it evenly with a small amount of starch, and let it sit for a while!

Heat the pan, add a small amount of oil, and fry the potatoes and carrots!

Add water to the pot, cover the lid and cook the potatoes and carrots over low heat. When they are about half cooked, turn off the heat!

Add the curry cubes, stir to melt and then turn on low heat!

Add the mutton and cook until the curry thickens, turn off the heat!

Prepare the plate and small bowl, use the small bowl to transfer the rice to the plate!

Pour the cooked curry over the rice and enjoy!
