Korean kimchi pancake
Overview
I ate at a Korean restaurant once and it was very delicious. I tried making it when I got home, it was super easy and convenient. Suitable for office workers to do in the morning.

Steps
-
Prepare all ingredients
-
Slowly add water to the flour and stir evenly until all the water is added
-
Cut kimchi into cubes and ham into cubes
-
Add diced ham sausage and kimchi dices into the batter together and mix well (my daughter wanted to eat ham sausage temporarily, so I replaced the lean pork in the ingredients)
-
Add the beaten eggs into the batter and mix well
-
This is the evenly mixed kimchi, ham, sausage, and egg batter. Next, you can prepare the pancakes
-
Turn on the gas stove to a low heat, then pour a little oil into the pan (enough to fry one pancake). When the oil is hot, add two spoons of batter, fry for a while and then turn over
-
When turning over, hold the shovel in your left hand and the chopsticks in your right hand, and slowly turn over
-
After turning over, continue to fry until both sides are golden brown. When frying, use chopsticks to poke a few holes in the middle of the cake, so that the inside of the cake will be cooked easily
-
After putting it on the plate, sprinkle some black sesame seeds and it will be ok
-
It tastes great. Eat it in the morning with a bowl of millet porridge. It’s so delicious
