Small burger
Overview
I have made burgers many times, but I still think chicken steak is the most delicious when made at home! The chicken has been marinated overnight and is very tasty. You can make the bread dough in advance and fry the steak directly the next day, a very convenient breakfast!

Steps

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough until a large amount of thin film appears

Then cover the dough with plastic wrap and ferment until it is about 3~4 times in size

Take out the risen dough and knead it evenly. After removing the air, divide it into 9 even portions

After kneading the dough, ferment it again

After the dough has risen, brush it with a layer of egg wash, then stick it with white sesame seeds, and put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees, middle layer, for about 20 minutes, the burger base will be ready

Wash the chicken breast, cut it into slices according to thickness, and pat the meat loose with the back of a knife

Then add seasoning salt, pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, five-spice powder, chicken essence, ginger slices, garlic slices, cooking wine and mix well

Then crack an egg into it, mix well again, then cover it and put it in the refrigerator overnight

Prepare the egg liquid and bread crumbs, dip the chicken in the egg liquid and then cover with a layer of bread crumbs

Put it in a frying pan and fry

Fry until golden brown on both sides, drain the oil, scoop it up, and put it on kitchen paper to absorb the oil!

Take a burger base, cut it open, and top with salad dressing and ketchup

Then add lettuce and fried chicken cutlets, and it’s ready!
