For the purchased hairtail, remove the head and the particularly thin section of the tail, clean the belly, cut off the fins from the tail to the head, cut the fish body into large sections, and wash it. Be careful not to scrub the silvery parts of the fish body vigorously when writing, it is very nutritious! Add a small amount of salt to the washed hairtail segments, stir and marinate for a while.
