Red yeast latte art vanilla cake
Overview
Disclaimer: This cake recipe is temporarily prepared to digest the remaining ingredients. If you like it, please read the recipe carefully before practicing; remember! Remember! Remember! Because I had to make a batch of egg tarts in a hurry, there were more than N egg whites left after adjusting the Portuguese tart liquid. In line with the principle of not wasting it, it needed to be digested as soon as possible, so I temporarily prepared a recipe of more egg whites and less egg yolks to try making cakes; more importantly, I gave up using the oven and switched to using a rice cooker to make the cake; haha: the cake came out exactly as I expected; beautiful latte art, strong vanilla flavor, really beautiful and delicious~~~
