Prepare low-gluten flour, butter, light cream, milk and powdered sugar and mix well!

Melt the butter in a basin of hot water, open the egg yolks, then pour into the whipped cream mixture from the previous step and stir evenly! Then sift in the low-gluten flour into the mixture and stir evenly.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil, put in the egg tart shell, then pour the egg tart liquid into the egg tart shell, until it is 70% full!
