Overview
I tried the shrimp-and-smooth egg in a restaurant and it was so delicious that I will never forget it. I tried it myself and it tasted good, but the eggs were not coated with shrimp. After trying it several times and gaining experience, the finished product this time is very good. Really delicious. The difference is that the shrimps in the restaurant's shrimp-filled eggs are garnished. If you make your own, you can add more shrimps. Eating the big shrimps will be enjoyable.
