Purchase freshly sprayed clams from the supermarket and add a little water. After returning home, soak it in salt water for half an hour and wait until it spits out the sediment. Brush the clam shells clean with a clean brush.

Cook until the clams open and remove.

Add oyster sauce, clams, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, and coriander and stir-fry. After frying until fragrant, take it out of the pan and garnish with a little chopped green onion.
