Prepare materials. Cut green onions into sections, wash and chop pig trotters into pieces.

Heat the oil pan, add the green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the pig's trotters and stir-fry until the skin of the pig's trotters turns slightly yellow.

Pour in dark soy sauce

Pour in Jinlan soy sauce paste and stir-fry until the pig's trotters are colored

Pour in light soy sauce, cooking wine, and water. (Just enough water to cover the pig’s trotters)

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, and simmer for 1 hour. Finally, reduce the juice over high heat, pour in chicken essence and white pepper and stir.
