Blessing Cookies
Overview
As the Chinese New Year is approaching, I made some biscuits as snacks. I just found a mold and pressed them into the shape. They are not only cute but also represent blessings. How nice~ Ingredients: 380g low-gluten flour, 250g butter, 51g egg liquid, 125g powdered sugar, appropriate amount of vanilla extract

After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume increases

Add egg liquid in portions

Beat evenly

Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix well until there is no dry powder, then put the dough into a bag and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour

Take out the refrigerated dough and knead it with your hands for a while

Place it on the chopping board and roll it out to a thickness of about 3mm

Use a die to press out the corresponding shape on the dough

Place the pressed dough into the baking pan

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven, 180 degrees, for 12 to 15 minutes

Take out of the oven and let cool; be careful to store in bags to avoid moisture and softening
