Cut the pork belly into strips about 5cm wide. Sprinkle the peppercorns evenly on the meat, then pour 1/4 bottle of red wine, put the meat one by one into a plastic bag, and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Dice the peppers, slice the garlic, wash the lettuce and set aside.
