Red bean paste bread
Overview
I made my first red bean paste bread two days ago, and I made the same bread again today. It tastes soft, sweet and delicious, and my family likes it very much.

Add ingredients except butter to blender.

After the dough is formed into a ball, add the butter. Add it before it softens in summer. Stir it and it will be combined.

The dough and dough are completely coated and fermented.

Knead the risen dough until even.

Roll it into a rectangular shape and add bean paste filling.

After rolling it out, roll it out again and repeat.

Repeat folding three times.

Cut into strips.

Every 2 strips are made into a group and braided.

Line the mold with oiled paper for easy removal. Fold both ends of the bread dough to the bottom layer for secondary fermentation.

Secondary fermentation is completed.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, with the upper heat at 180 degrees, and the lower heat at 165 degrees and bake for 28 to 30 minutes.

The bread is freshly baked.
