Pineapple Jam
Overview
I bought pineapples and made some pineapple jam. Jam is indispensable when making desserts during the New Year. Today I used an easy and simple method to make this jam. I directly added rock sugar to cook the pineapple chunks, and then used a wall breaker to stir into jam. There is no need to stir all the time when cooking in this way, the making process is very easy, and the jam is very delicate and the taste is pure.

Pineapple cut into cubes

Add rock sugar to marinate

After 2 hours, the rock sugar will completely melt

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the syrup thickens

In order to store it for a longer time, I poured it back into the pot and boiled it

Boil the bottle in which the jam is stored and sterilize it. Put the freshly cooked pineapple jam into the bottle and immediately seal it. Place the jam in the refrigerator and keep it for 2 months.

I broke off a piece of bread and spooned a spoonful of jam on it. It looked good and tasted good.
