Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the glutinous rice 1 night in advance.
-
Wash and put into rice cooker.
-
Add enough water to the level of glutinous rice.
-
Just cook as per standard.
-
While the rice is cooking, chop the bacon, sausage, and dried shrimp into small pieces and stir-fry until fragrant. Set aside.
-
Blanch corn kernels, peas, and carrot kernels and set aside.
-
After the glutinous rice is cooked, pour it onto a large plate and let it cool (the glutinous rice will still be softer if there is too much water, a slightly harder one will be more fragrant and have a better shape).
-
Add the other ingredients to the glutinous rice, mix well, and add an appropriate amount of soy sauce to taste.
-
Mix well as shown in the picture.
-
Gently pull the edges of the dumpling wrapper with your hands to resemble a ruffle, which will make it look better when wrapped.
-
Use chopsticks to pick an appropriate amount of filling and put it into the dumpling wrapper, gently grasp it with the tiger's mouth, and wrap it up one by one.
-
As shown in the picture, the shape is random, just wrap it tightly.
-
Wrap well, put in a steamer with cold water and steam for 15 minutes.
-
The time is up, small and beautiful delicious snacks are out of the oven.
