Cheese fried pork cutlet
Overview
I've been to Yerba Buena's famous fried pork chop a few times recently, and I'll make it tonight. I bought pork tenderloin and stuffed it with a slice of cheese. It tasted great. The pork chops that come out of the air fryer are light in color. They are usually fried twice in the store, so they have a darker appearance.

Prepare the pork tenderloin.

Cut the meat according to the specifications of the corresponding container.

Since I want to add cheese slices, I cut a knife in the middle of the pork chop, but don't cut it. If you are not adding cheese, skip this step.

Add white pepper and salt and marinate for twenty minutes.

After marinating, pat the tenderloin several times with the back of a knife to make the meat soft and tender.

Put the cheese slices in.

Prepare dry flour, egg liquid, bread crumbs, olive oil

Grab some dry flour

Dip in egg wash.

Dip in bread crumbs.

Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for five minutes.

Grease the bottom of the pan with oil and the steaks with oil.

Fry at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from the pan.
