Braised teal duck with ginger XO sauce
Overview
Using only ginger and some fresh seasoning, you can stew a pot of delicious Cantonese-style duck stew. Because we use tender duck, it doesn’t take too long. Using the Midea AH pot to make this dish requires only very simple operations and can be easily completed in less than half an hour

The main materials are ready;

Cut duck meat into small pieces, soak in water to remove blood and drain, wash and cut green onions into sections, peel and slice ginger and set aside;

Put a little peanut oil in the inner pot of Midea AH pot, and then add ginger slices;

Then select the quick heat function for 5 minutes and pop the ginger slices;

Then add the duck meat and mix in the XO sauce;

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, Lee Kum Kee hot sauce, sugar and a little cooking wine and mix well;

Then close the lid and select the quick cooking function;

After the quick cooking step is completed, open the lid and test the tenderness of the duck meat. If it is not tender enough, use the quick heat function to delay stewing;

If you are satisfied with the taste, you can add a little salt or light soy sauce to taste according to your personal preference;

Finally, put it on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
