Wash the spareribs

Blanching, this step can be omitted, I am used to blanching

Add salt, light soy sauce, white sugar, oyster sauce and thirteen spice wine

Mix well and marinate for a while

Soak the millet in water for half a day in advance, wash and cut the beans and pumpkin

Wrap the spareribs with millet

Add pumpkin and beans with a little salt and mix with the remaining millet

Place the pork ribs on top and steam for more than an hour. The vegetables absorb the soup from the steamed pork ribs underneath, so you don’t have to worry about it being tasteless.
