Overview
Acanthopanax, also known as Acanthopanax senticosus, alias: Acanthopanax, Kanguai Bangzi, Baibaizhen, Tiger Liao, Acanthopanax ginseng, Russian ginseng, Siberian ginseng, deciduous shrub, mainly distributed in Northeast Asia and Siberia. Its roots and rhizomes can be used as medicine. The young shoots picked in spring are edible and are high-quality wild vegetables

Soak and clean the young leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus, mince the garlic
