Prepare materials

Put the whole eggs and egg yolks in a water-free and oil-free basin

Add the sugar in three batches and beat with a whisk

Keep stirring until the texture does not disappear immediately

Sift in sifted flour

Stir quickly up and down to avoid defoaming

Put the batter into a piping bag, cut a small slit in the front and pipe out small round batter. Oven at 170 degrees, upper middle rack, for 15 minutes.
