Simple version of durian cake

Overview

The frozen durian and egg tart shells have been stored in the refrigerator for a long time. Today I will make a durian cake to clear up the inventory

Steps

1. 1 Thaw frozen durian meat.

   

2. 2 Puree with a food processor.

   

3. 3 Put the durian puree into the tart shell.

   

4. 4 Fold it in half and put it in the oven to bake. After baking for 5 minutes, remove the egg tart foil box, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake for another 5 minutes (this photo was not taken).

   

5. 5 Start eating, it tastes good and is simple to make.
