Simple version of durian cake

The frozen durian and egg tart shells have been stored in the refrigerator for a long time. Today I will make a durian cake to clear up the inventory

Thaw frozen durian meat.

Puree with a food processor.

Put the durian puree into the tart shell.

Fold it in half and put it in the oven to bake. After baking for 5 minutes, remove the egg tart foil box, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake for another 5 minutes (this photo was not taken).
