Little Bear’s Squeezed Pork Floss Buns
Overview
Ever since I first saw this little bear making bread, I have wanted to make it. I finally pulled the weeds on my day off. The method is quite simple. Knead the dough and hand it to the bread machine. Take it out and shape it into a small lunch bag. After baking, draw the mouth and eyes. It’s that simple~

Put all the ingredients except the meat floss into the bread machine and knead the dough to ferment

Divide the fermented dough into 17 small portions

Divide a small portion of the 17 portions into 36 portions to make the bear’s ears (I actually only used 20 small portions in the end)

Roll out the dough and add the pork floss

Wrap it up like a bun for shaping

Place them neatly into the baking pan one by one and ferment them twice for 40 minutes

Spread egg wash on fermented bread

Place the bear ears and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes

Draw a mouth on the bread after it is baked
