Wash and devein the shrimp, peel the garlic, slice the ginger, cut the celery and carrot into long strips and set aside.

Put cooking wine, light soy sauce, oil, dark soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl, then marinate the shrimp for more than 30 minutes.

Put oil in the bottom of the enamel pot, then place garlic and ginger on the bottom layer.

Top with onions, carrots and celery.

Arrange the prepared shrimp on top.

Pour the marinating liquid evenly over the shrimp and sprinkle with cracked black pepper.

Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
