Coconut Sweet Potato Milk Recipe

Peel and slice sweet potatoes, steam them and mash them into puree.

Put the sweet potato puree, milk, sugar, and cornstarch into a food processor.

Start the food processor and blend them into a fine paste.

Pour the batter into a non-stick pan and stir-fry over medium-low heat until it becomes thick.

Brush the bottom of the crisper with butter and sprinkle with grated coconut.

Put the stir-fried sweet potato milk paste into a crisper and smooth it out.

Sprinkle coconut over the surface and refrigerate to solidify.

Turn it upside down and cut into small cubes, dip it in coconut, and you’re ready to eat!
