Fried eggs with green pepper

My family's regular breakfast dish, it can be prepared in just a few minutes, and it tastes great with steamed buns or porridge!

One green chili, washed and chopped into pieces.

Beat two eggs.

Place together in a large bowl and season with a pinch of salt.

Beat into egg mixture.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat it up and add the egg liquid. Don't stir it until it solidifies. Use a spatula to stir-fry evenly.

Turn off the heat when everything is in pieces. Don't cook for too long to prevent the eggs from getting old.
