Remove the heads of enoki mushrooms and wash them.

Put the enoki mushrooms into the soup pot and cook.

Remove the skin from the lettuce and cut into shreds.

Cut carrots into shreds.

Add salt to carrots and lettuce and marinate for 10 minutes.

Chop the millet into small pieces and cut the garlic into slices and then into small strips.

Boil the enoki mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Remove the enoki mushrooms and filter the water.

Put the ingredients into a large bowl, add salt, vinegar, millet chili and garlic and mix well.
