Stir-fried pork belly with parsley

Wash the raw materials and set aside

Pork belly cut into thin slices

Add barbecue sauce, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Shred the parsley, shred the carrots, and slice the garlic. Set aside.

Heat the pot and add vegetable oil.

Fry the pork belly until it changes color

Flip and fry for a while until the meat is cooked.

Pull the meat aside and add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

Add parsley and carrots and stir-fry

Add barbecue sauce to taste and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked.
