Remove the young sesame seedlings from growing out, remove the roots and clean them.

Boil water in a pot, blanch sesame leaves for 1 minute, remove and let cool.

Cut the sesame leaves into sections and slice the garlic cloves.

Put an appropriate amount of fat into a pot and simmer over low heat until the oil comes out.

Add garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add sesame leaves and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add salt and oyster sauce to taste.
