Sauce-flavored pork belly
Overview
The pork belly that has been cooked in advance is marinated in soy sauce, seasoned with green onions, and grilled on a baking sheet. Most of the oil in the pork belly is baked out, leaving the remaining meat slices mellow and not greasy. It is really delicious. Children can also eat a lot.
