Ham and egg toast box

Overview

Recently I have been thinking about how to make toast in a new way, so I came up with this simple and delicious toast box. You can also add some cheese cheese and other ingredients in the middle according to your personal preference. It tastes great!

Steps

1. 1 Prepare the ingredients, cut a square cube out of the center of the toast, the size should be almost enough to cover the ham.

   

2. 2 Pour a little olive oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, add the edges of the toast and fry over medium-low heat.

   

3. 3 Crack an egg into the toast box so that the egg liquid is evenly distributed in the box, and fry over low heat for a while.

   

4. 4 Cover the eggs with a slice of ham.

   

5. 5 Cover the toast cubes, flip over and fry for a short while.

   

6. 6 Finally, sprinkle a little black pepper, and the fragrant egg and ham toast box is complete!
