Sesame buns
Overview
I cooked sesame dumplings on the Winter Solstice. Everyone said they were delicious. They suggested that I try wrapping the buns with this sesame filling. The result was pretty good.

Wash sesame seeds and control moisture

Put in the oven and bake

Crush with a food processor

Add the crushed sesame seeds to the sugar and lard, mix well and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

Add eggs, salt, sugar, yeast and warm water to the flour, put it into a bread machine and stir until fermented. After deflating, divide it into small portions

Wrap in sesame filling

Steam over high heat for 15 minutes and bake for 5 minutes
