Overview
I made 2 loaves of toast, and my child’s father said he wanted to eat cake with toast, so today I made a 12-egg cotton cake using brown wheat flour, I’m sure it will be enough haha~

Prepare materials

Mix brown wheat flour, salt and cornstarch

Mix two whole eggs and 10 egg yolks, add milk and mix well

Put oil in the pot, heat it to about 180 degrees and turn off the heat

Add the powder and mix well. When it cools to about 40 degrees, pour in the egg paste in portions and mix well

The mixed egg batter is in a particle-free and fluid state

Egg whites and vinegar

Add sugar in three batches and beat until beak-like

Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste and mix evenly

Pour into the remaining egg white batter and mix well

Pour the egg batter into a deep plate lined with oil paper

Vibrate the mold up and down a few times to release big bubbles

Bake the second level of the oven at 120 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn to 110 degrees and bake for 52 minutes, then turn the heat up and down to 180 degrees and bake for 8 minutes until browned (if you don’t have a tender oven, use the water bath method to bake)
