  13. Bake the second level of the oven at 120 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn to 110 degrees and bake for 52 minutes, then turn the heat up and down to 180 degrees and bake for 8 minutes until browned (if you don’t have a tender oven, use the water bath method to bake)
