Pumpkin milk soup
Overview
Pumpkin is rich in minerals, which can activate the body's metabolism and promote hematopoietic function. Pumpkin is also a master of cancer prevention and improves the body's immunity. Pairing pumpkin with milk allows all the nutrients to be absorbed, which is more nutritious than drinking breakfast milk alone. Pumpkin milk soup can also be used as afternoon tea or after-dinner dessert.
