Prepare the premix and mold.

Add 40 grams of sugar to 200 grams of water.

Stir until it becomes a paste.

Prepare the mold and pour the rice paste into the mold until it is 70-80% full.

Put the steamer on, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium-low heat, and steam for 18 minutes.
