Sauced eggs
Overview
My father-in-law's cousin gave birth to a baby, and distributed wedding eggs according to our local custom. The boiled white water wedding eggs could not be destroyed for a while, and for fear of spoiling, they were made into sauce eggs.

Put bay leaves, cinnamon, Sichuan peppercorns, tangerine peel, green onions, and ginger into the pot, and add pineapple beer.

Add soy sauce, water, salt, and stock essence and bring to a boil over high heat.

Peel the shells from cooked eggs.

Add the eggs to the boiling soup, turn down to low heat and simmer.
