Brewed Pumpkin

Wash the pumpkin and remove the pulp. Divide the pumpkin into two parts as shown.

Prepare rice wine rock sugar starch.

Put the wine and rock sugar into the pumpkin. Add water until nine minutes full.

Fasten the small lid of the pumpkin and place the whole pumpkin into the steamer.

Bring to a boil and steam for about 10 minutes. Increase or decrease the time depending on the size of the pumpkin. After the pumpkin is cooked, add appropriate amount of cold water to the starch, mix well and pour into the pumpkin.

After the pumpkin has cooled slightly, take it out wearing gloves to avoid burns. When eating, use a spoon to scrape off the pumpkin flesh and mix it with the rice wine. Be careful when scraping to avoid damaging the pumpkin. I put a few more wolfberries in it.
