Square watermelon snack bag
Overview
Dad, Mom, and I all love to eat watermelon. An indispensable item every summer is for the family to gather together and hold a big watermelon. Each person uses a spoon to dig in and eat. We love this kind of reunion moment. The Mid-Autumn Festival reunion inspired me to make watermelon snack bags. I hope that I can continue to eat watermelon with my parents during the Mid-Autumn Festival this year.

Mix 120g of dough, red yeast rice powder and dried cranberries until evenly mixed.

After mixing the three colors of dough, take it out and roll it into a round shape. Put it in the oven for fermentation.

First wrap the red dough with white dough.

Ferment until the mold is 7.8% full. Cover the mold with a baking sheet to use as a lid.
