Microwave roasted sweet potatoes

Overview

Simple and easy to make, the sweet potatoes baked in the microwave are delicious.

Wash the soil on the surface of the sweet potatoes, do not drain them and place them directly in a microwave oven dish.
After cooking on high heat for five minutes, turn the sweet potatoes over and continue cooking on high heat for another five minutes.
For small sweet potatoes, about 10 minutes is enough. For large ones, you can turn over again and continue to cook on high for about five minutes.
