Stir-fried shrimps with milk protein
Overview
Only egg yolks are used to make ice cream. If you keep making ice cream this summer, how should you use the remaining egg whites? I have made biscuits and cakes with egg whites before, and today I used egg whites to make a so-called 'fried fresh milk'. In fact, my original intention was to make fried fresh milk, but I was too lazy to prepare enough ingredients, and the method was very homely, so I just called it 'milk protein stir-fried shrimps'. It is delicious. Compared with the 'authentic stir-fried fresh milk', my version is not only simple and convenient, but also there are no special precautions in the technique. Even non-chefs can do it. With the method of making egg whites, you can make ice cream, egg tarts and other desserts that only use egg yolks.
