Prepare the sauce: two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of sugar, and a pinch of salt. If it is light soy sauce, it is recommended to add a little bit of dark soy sauce to make the color look better. It is green, so it is better to use chives. I have green onions from my hometown, so I used them.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the green onions and fry over medium heat.

When the green onions turn slightly black, add the sauce and cook over low heat for 1 minute.

Pour out the prepared scallion oil and set aside.

Heat hot water in a pot, put the noodles in and cook until cooked.

Take out the noodles and mix them with scallion oil, and it's delicious.
