Soy Sauce Fried Rice
Overview
Soy sauce fried rice is rice with a lot of soy sauce added. After my son ate the fried rice made by his aunt at his grandma's house, he asked me to make it too. He told me: Don't make it too salty and don't make it too oily. I guess my sister-in-law put too much soy sauce and oil. I will fry a plate of the leftover rice for my son this morning. However, I did not mix the rice completely with soy sauce, which would definitely be very salty. I added part of the soy sauce and part of the unsalted soy sauce. In this way, the color was good, the flavor was sufficient, and the texture was just right.
