Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into small pieces, slice the pork belly and carrots. Slice ginger, onion and garlic. The amount of garlic is about twice as much as ginger and green onions.

Add a little salt to the boiling water, blanch the oyster mushrooms and take them out.

Put a little oil in the pot, when it is 50% hot, add the pork belly slices, stir-fry over low heat until the meat slices spit out oil.
